TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS

1. GENERAL

All orders placed with GEW International Private Limited shall be governed by the following Terms & Conditions unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.

2. PRICING

• All prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in raw material, component, fuel, or market costs.
• Applicable taxes, duties, insurance, transportation, and registration charges shall be extra unless specifically mentioned.

3. PAYMENT TERMS

• 40% Advance payment shall be made as per agreed commercial terms.
• Balance payment must be cleared before vehicle dispatch unless otherwise approved in writing.
• Delay in payment may attract applicable interest charges.

4. DELIVERY

• Delivery timelines are tentative15 days and depend on material availability, approvals, transportation, and unforeseen circumstances.
• GEW International shall not be held responsible for delays caused by force majeure events such as strikes, natural disasters, transport delays, government restrictions, or supplier issues.

5. ORDER CONFIRMATION & CANCELLATION

• Orders will be processed only after receipt of confirmed Purchase Order and agreed advance payment.
• Cancellation of confirmed orders may attract cancellation charges based on production status and material procurement.

6. WARRANTY

• Warranty shall be applicable only for manufacturing defects under normal operating conditions.
• Warranty does not cover damages caused by overloading, accidents, misuse, unauthorized modifications, improper maintenance, or negligence.
• Consumable, Rubber, Glass, Electrical items and wear & tear parts are excluded from warranty coverage.

7. INSPECTION & ACCEPTANCE

• Customers are advised to inspect the vehicle at the time of delivery.
• Any visible damage or discrepancy must be reported immediately before acceptance.

8. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

• Product specifications, dimensions, weight, and design may vary slightly due to continuous product improvement and customer customization requirements.
• GEW International reserves the right to modify technical specifications without prior notice.

9. LIABILITY

• GEW International’s liability shall be limited only to repair or replacement of defective components as per warranty terms.
• The company shall not be liable for any indirect loss, business interruption, operational downtime, or consequential damages.

10. AFTER-SALES SUPPORT

• Service support shall be provided as per company policies and service availability.
• Replacement parts and maintenance services may be chargeable after the warranty period.

11. LEGAL JURISDICTION

• All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts located in Rajasthan, India.

12. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

• Customers must ensure proper usage, loading limits, periodic maintenance, and compliance with transportation regulations.
• Any modification without company approval may void warranty and service support.

13. CONFIDENTIALITY

• All technical drawings, quotations, designs, and documents shared by GEW International remain company property and shall not be reproduced or shared without written permission.

14. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Placement of Purchase Order or business engagement with GEW International shall be considered as acceptance of all the above Terms & Conditions.
